Zarina Ismail Tom was called to Malaysian Bar in 1998 and is a Partner at the legal firm Zarina Ismail & Omar Hon.

In 2008 she co-founded Drop&Wash a Sustainable Dry-Cleaning chain in Klang Valley which hires and upskill the B40 & Marginalised Community.

A serial social entrepreneur at heart Zarina also founded GoJob a Job Matching & Food-Aid Platform for the Marginalised Community in 2018.

Zarina has vast network and public relations connections from corporate sectors to NGOs, charitable groups and government sectors.

In 2023 Zarina was made Co-Chair of the Malaysian Chapter of Catalyst2030 and now spends her time focusing on Sustainability missions and motivating family businesses, younger entrepreneurs and college students advising innovative Beyond Profits business model.”
