Chan Tai Wei is an Investment Partner at Avia Kapital Sdn Bhd, a Subsidiary of Avia Labuan Foundation, where he manages the day-to-day administration of family offices and investment portfolios with assets ranging from venture capitals, private equities, and capital market instruments.

He is also the Senior Manager of Business Development and Data Analysis at Asia Roofing Industries Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of Ajiya Berhad; where he is in charge of strategizing and driving the business performance and sustainability for the Metal Roll-Forming Division.

Additionally, he leads the manufacturing & engineering committee to plan and implement Digital Transformation plans to drive operational efficiency, enhance data traceability and work towards Industry 4.0.

In 2014, Chan Tai Wei earned his Masters of Engineering in Electronics and Computer Engineering, with 1st Class Honours from the University of Nottingham, United Kingdom.
