Shehnaz Tehseen is an Associate Professor in the Department of Management at Sunway Business School, Sunway University, Malaysia. She holds a Ph.D. in Management and has contributed to prestigious journals such as the Journal of Small Business Management and the Journal of Research in Interactive Marketing. Dr. Tehseen received the Best Paper award at ICBSI 2018 and the 2020 Emerald Literati Award for Outstanding Paper. Her project “A MADANI-Driven Regulatory and Innovation Framework for Malaysian Family Firms” received RM 115,000 grant under the Fundamental Research Grant Scheme (FRGS) for 2024 by Malaysian Ministry of Higher Education. She has published over 100 papers with more than 4,000 citations, showcasing her significant impact in the management and entrepreneurship fields.
