Firdaus Binti Hussamuddin is the Group Chairman of Kumpulan Karangkraf; assuming her new position in November of 2022 after her father, Datuk Hussamuddin Yaacub stepped down from the role after 4-decades. She graduated with a Bachelor of Business Admin from Western Michigan University and has been working at Kumpulan Karangkraf for 16-years, making her a Gen2 of the family business.

Other than the Group Chairman, Firdaus is tasked as the CEO of Grup Buku Karangkraf, publishing books and Quran with the imprint of Alaf21, Buku Prima, and Karya Bestari.
