
KIMBERLY GO
Kimberly Go is AVP of her family’s business and a third-generation member. She has 6 years of experience building consensus across generations while managing conflict and breaking through deadlocked projects. Recently, she led a governance initiative for her family’s business and was awarded the Family Firm Institute’s (FFI) Fitzpatrick & Francis Family Business Continuity Foundation Scholarship. She has received FFI’s Dual Certificates in Family Business and Wealth Advising and completed the Bowen Continuing Studies Program.
Kimberly was previously a consultant at Premier Family Business Consulting, and has spoken at family business conferences worldwide, including the UBS NextGen Academy, about intergenerational communication strategies and being a member of the next generation. Kimberly graduated from Northwestern University with a double major in journalism and economics. She is interested in conflict resolution, guiding the rising generation, governance planning, and navigating boundaries between family and business.
