Salmi Nadia Mohd Hilmey, appointed as group Managing Director and Group Chief Executive Officer of HeiTech Padu Berhad in April 2024, has been instrumental in streering the company towards significant advancements in technology, digital infastructure, and public service innovation. Under her visionary leadership, HeiTech secured major projects, including the revamp of the JPJ Digital System and the National Integrated Immigration System (NIISe) project, reinforcing the company’s pivotal role in national digital tranformation.

Over almost a decade, Salmi Nadia has championed the development of smart mobility solutions and enhanced public sector services, positioning HeiTech as a leader in system integration, application development and digital product development. Recently, i recongition of her contribution, Salmi Nadia was awarded the Women Top50 Career Leadership – Technology Award at the 144th Professional and Career Women Global Awards 2024.
